As a fellow professional and forum user (which is what this forum is - people like you), I would not suggest taking on business engagements that require the availability of resources that are uncertain.
All that is known is what OpenAI has announced in the screenshot answer above.
they write public release in end of july we now in the end ! so i think that is relaible info
but i dont know that youre answer be like that โฆ any way it ok now all youtube come with altrnative a lot of small task agants with local small models
and you will lose from not release on ETA
