Discourse archive feature problems for some users

The archive feature on the Discourse forum is not functioning for some users.

For those it works for, the download becomes available in about 5 to 30 minutes, but for those it doesn’t work for, the archive never becomes available, even after requesting a download.

I am experiencing the same issue. The file download is not available because I never receive the message with the download link.

Unfortunately, I don’t have access to a desktop browser, so I can’t check the network requests.

I hope this gets resolved soon.
