I made a request to increase API usage limit some days ago, and then again a couple of days ago but didn’t get any results at all.
There was no communication from OpenAI, no questions, no reverts.
I didn’t get an increase either.
Wondering why…
How is the situation for others? I am trying to build products using OpenAI but feeling a bit discouraged right now.

Hi, this is not a tech support issue. OpenAI documentation is pretty good and my integrations are working well.
However, the API usage limit is a matter that requires attention from human beings and processing.
I have mailed support and I am hoping to hear back
