Increase Approved Usage limit for per month

I had requested for an increase of the approved usage limit of 120 USD per month that is there by default. I had filled the form to increase the limit but have not received any reply till now. Also have not received any acknowledgement that the request has been received.

Can you please take a look. Our production workloads are being affected.
