Did Open AI completely lie? if so, does this provide grounds for class action lawsuit by investors or users?

I’m reading through some of the comments. it’s amazing how much documentation is not provided by openai even though they are advertising themselves as being able to basically write.

Just seems that they’ve been exaggerating and lying about the capabilities for a couple years now and I wonder when investors will get fed up. or have they reached the level where basically they’re going to exist one way or the other because it’s of American political interest.

I find that I get roughly 15 minutes of premium voice per day, whereas the documentation that the AI pulled directly from OpenAI states its vague limits for free accounts in “hours,” which by definition is 2 or more hours. so yeah im pretty sure that may be grounds for a false advertising suit. ill be taking audio and possibly video evidence as proof that they are falsely stating their limits for my own sake, I’d recommend the same.
