Development Opportunities (How to Make Contact)

I have been looking to find a way to develop a series of custom AIs to perform stages of engineering design, start to finish (with engineering feedback loops), and comprehensively. The goal is to take as much time and cost out of the engineering design process as possible. GPT seems to be the best set of resources I could employ given their expertise in the field, but I don’t know how I could reach out for a technical discussion about my endeavors. I think OpenAI would have a lot of interest in pursuing my goal with me. Twitter and the community forum seem to be the most direct routes of contact short of applying for a job (which doesn’t include the scope of what I would like to be doing).
