How do I connect with an advocate to discuss a path or pattern for new ideas

I have an idea for a GPT which would not be sold but used in an endeavor I am creating. I would like to talk to an openai advocate of some sort (similar to that of AWS or Azure) on a path for getting started. With such a new concept, it would be helpful to understand some of the futures. One of the Youtube influencers is talking about OpenAI obsoleting some of the plugins (soon to be GPTs). this is not a good scenario
