I have deleted my account becasue I wanted to change my email address. I have deleted my account now I cannot open a new account because my number still connected to the old account!
can someone help please, this is a massive bug, shouldn’t your whole profile gets deleted when you delete your account!

Has anyone ever received a reply to his/her question from Support? AI is the next big thing but when you delete your account for whatever reason you cannot re-use your phone number. Everyone only has one phone number so that means you can’t create new accounts ever. This is from ancient history. Competitors are having a field day as people are now forced to swith to other AI operators. Please support can you help restore my account?

How outrageously infuriating this is. I’m in the same boat. I tried subscribing, thinking maybe it’s because they don’t want people to keep using it for free with another email address. But no. They accept the money, yet unfortunately, they can’t provide an API key because they can’t verify via phone. What an unbelievable nonsense is this, seriously?
