DeepResearch deducted credits twice but returned no results – request for refund

Hello OpenAI team,

I’m writing to report an issue with the DeepResearch feature. I attempted to use it twice, and each time, the request was processed but I received no output — no error, no result, just silence.

I lost two DeepResearch credits because of this, and I’d like to request a refund of those two failed attempts. I rely on this feature for academic work, and this has caused me a great deal of frustration, especially given the limited monthly quota.

Please look into my account history to verify the failed attempts and issue a credit refund accordingly.

I tried accessing https://help.openai.com and the request form, but I encountered a “That page doesn’t exist” message. I also tried using the in-app chat button on mobile, but it didn’t work. I’ve done my best to follow all instructions but have not been able to reach support directly.
