Double billing problem - help

Hello OpenAI Community,
I would like to get some help about an issue with my ChatGPT subscription. I’ve noticed that I was charged twice for the monthly subscription fee. I have already tried to contact support, but I don’t get a response, what can I do?

Same issue, they have charged me twice during 3 months (total extra charges 72$) and when I have contacted https://help.openai.com/ they first have not responded then sent 8,52$ of refund without anyform of explanation. I have asked them by email support@openai.com, no response. This duplicate billing seems to be well know but the AI knows where is interest is in … not replying.
