I have tried to use Deep Research several times this morning and get a weird looking loading bar on the bottom with no progress being made. I’ve logged out/in a few times, refreshed my screen, and retried the prompt several times but still nothing. It doesn’t seem that I’ve used all my deep research abilities either so I think it might be something on OpenAI’s end. Please take a deeper look into this. Thanks

I can see you have both been running into the same issue with Deep Research getting stuck without actually starting, even after retrying and refreshing.
Are you still experiencing the issue with Deep Research getting stuck without progressing?
If the issue is still happening, please reach out to Support and include a HAR file captured while reproducing it. This will help the team determine whether the request is failing in the browser, being blocked by authentication or network policies, or returning an error from the backend.
