I’m experiencing a persistent issue with the Deep Research feature in ChatGPT.
When I submit a prompt and try to use Deep Research with the GPT-5.6 Sol model, Deep Research fails to run properly. It appears to get stuck or crash and does not produce any research results.
I have tried multiple times and refreshed the page several times, but the same issue continues to occur consistently.
Hey @Enzo7! Appreciate you reporting this. That definitely sounds frustrating, especially after trying it a few times and still getting stuck with no results.
When you get a chance, try running Deep Research in a different browser or on another device. If it seems browser-related, testing in an incognito/private window and clearing your cookies and cache may help.
If it still won’t run, please reach out to support with a screen recording of what happens and a HAR file from the failed attempt. Just make sure not to post the HAR file or any sensitive info here in the community.
