@joe6 Thank you again bro. This worked.
- Type in the address bar:
chrome://flags/#enable-quic - Disable Experimental QUIC protocol
- Restart chrome and try to login again
@joe6 Thank you again bro. This worked.
same here. 3rd day. tried all methods
clear cache, browsing history, changed browsers, incognito = 0
I have always admired ChatGPT, even when compared to Gemini but lately it has disappointed me in it’s overall performance.
I have been facing issue while logging in to ChatGPT. It feels like I haven’t opened it from ages. Whenever I click on my Goggle Account to sign in, the page turns into a blank white canvas and keeps buffering. I have tried different browsers, even deleted my browsing history, cache, cookies etc and whatever I could find on the internet. I have read other posts as well where people faced the same issues but OpenAI is not doing anything.
Thanks so much Joe! This worked for me!
Thanks worked for me. Would never thought that thats a problem.
Same issue here. Been happening for days. Who do we reach out to at this point?
100% still without a doubt not remotely been fixed, changed, or from the looks of it, even remembered by the team. I mean, its only the most harmful conceivable bug in existence causing no single human the ability to use the only product the company sells…whats another 96hrs/4-full-days gonna do to a company like that? psh
It worked for me. How does someone even know how to do that?
SOLUTION FOR ME:
Go to chrome://flags/#enable-quic
Go to “Experimental QUIC protocol” change drop down from default to disabled.
I don’t know if this is a temporary fix but it worked.
So much love for you bro it worked finally thank you so much
I spent billions of dollars on a site where users cannot log in, there is no password change and I cannot log in with Google Chrome right now, I also bought a pro account… Keep going like this, I think your competitors will move faster than you.
This did not work for me. Tried on two different machines. Any other ideas? Much appreciated
Awesome! Confirming this worked for me as well. Thank’s Joe!
I have been using chrome, and noticed it was not signing me in.
I switched over to firefox to do the following, but it may work in chrome as well.
Click the option to purchase Pro.
As you proceed you will notice an opportunity to sign in.
I was then able to sign in.
And I notice the top right ‘Go Pro’ nag, has gone.
I asked Chatgpt what to do, and here’s what it said:
The “Something went wrong while getting your ‘SSO’ info” message usually indicates an issue related to cookies, cache, or browser extensions interfering with the login process. Here’s how you can troubleshoot it:
Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data…
Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data
Safari > Preferences > Extensions
and uncheck the boxes.chrome://extensions/
and toggle them off.–>> For me, I found that it was another AI extension (MaxAI) that I had enabled on Chrome that was interfering. Once I turned it off, I had no problem. (I told chatgpt all my extensions and it told me which ones were likely to cause an issue, so I experimented with turning them on and off.)
Good luck!
My Chat GPT not connected with Google Account
