Dear OpenAI Support Team,

I recently received an email informing me that I have been awarded credits for using OpenAI’s APIs. However, I have not yet seen these credits reflected in my usage dashboard.

Could you please check if there is an issue with the credits being applied to my account? Additionally, if there are any further steps I need to take to resolve this issue, please let me know.

Unfortunately, we can’t help you with this issue.

You’ll need to reach out to help.openai.com with as many details as possible - i.e. is it a Microsoft Startup Grant, etc.
