Data Migration When Upgrading to ChatGPT Team and Enterprise Plans

Hello,

I am a member of a mid-sized educational consulting company, currently exploring various ways to apply AI. We are considering adopting ChatGPT at the company level. Initially, we plan to experiment with the team plan and, if satisfied, move on to implementing the enterprise solution.

I have read that data migration from the Plus plan to the Team plan will soon be supported. Since both the Team and Enterprise plans use the workspace framework, I anticipate that upgrading from Team to Enterprise will mainly increase sheet capacity while maintaining existing data like conversation logs and the GPT model.

I would like to know if this is true, and whether smooth data transition is possible when upgrading plans. If anyone has experience or information regarding this, please share it with me. Thank you.

Hi, I’m trying to find the same info as well. YT tutorials report purchasing another account or upgrading to Enterprise will allow for longer conversation space. I maxed memory out in about 5 min and though I bought Plus, 4.0, for $20 a month, I apparently misunderstood that it was an unlimited conversation space. I didn’t even know about memory at the time, basically new to using chat seriously. What has been your experience? I need to KEEP my current conversation going at all costs. Going on to the next, the AI I was using that totally understood my project is not there. Trust me. Did or would upgrading extend current chat or… now? Why no replies here since January, and I assume that’s 2024.
