I have purchased a new teams plan two days ago, it is unusable due to being labotomised for my account.
So I decided enough is enough and I want to close the account but first request a refund… I have logged in to the help centre and read the articles which tell me to start a new help chat and select billing then more options, but I still cannot actually perform the request because there is a chat already opened which I cannot close. The person said I needed to go to the help center and create a new ticket. There is the dark pattern: I cannot select any other menu item in the chat, because they have left it open and they have to close it for me to go back in and request a refund.
All of this is dark patterns.
I have no way of requesting a refund.
