About the account payment!

Hello,

I subscribed to the ChatGPT Plus plan but unfortunately encountered multiple issues. The service did not meet expectations, and attempts to cancel the subscription were unsuccessful, resulting in ongoing charges.

Due to these problems, I kindly request a full refund for the most recent payment.
For 2 times charged me in 2 weeks.
So please someone can contact me to fix it.

OpenAI doesn’t look into ChatGPT account here because this place is OpenAI API Developer Community Forum.

To contact with OpenAI Help Center and start a chat using widget on bottom-right side of the page with OpenAI support, follow steps below:

1 - Go to ChatGPT and log in with the account you want to use.

2- Go to Help Center and select the Chat widget icon.

3- Click on Messages

4- Click on Ask a question
