Refund for API as this is not the product I want

Regarding the instructions on how to request a refund. The instructions aren’t helpful because there is no “other” section under “billing” in the chat widget as the instructions indicate.

Even searching “Just subscribed to ChatGPT Plus and would like a refund” like the instructions specify returns nothing.

Contact us via our chat widget in the bottom right of your screen, select “Billing” and select “Other → Just subscribed to ChatGPT Plus and would like a refund”. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it and get back to you within 5-7 business days.

I don’t think they’re intentionally trying to make it difficult, but they do have hundreds of millions of users now.
