I’m about 24 hours into a gpt plus subscription. Nothing works as expected. Details from conversations I’ve had less than an hour prior are randomly missing. Conversations are recalled with complete gibberish with details either mixed up or completely fabricated. Simple image requests error. Basically every single thing I’ve tried to do has taken 10x as long because I’m constantly correcting the mistakes made.
I’ve cancelled my next billing and have made multiple requests through the help center for a refund. Not a single one has generated a ticket with any sort of visible receipt or record. If I go to the messages in the help center there’s no record of it there either.
