DALL-E output format changed to webp?

DALL-E images downloading as WebP

I access DALL-E through the ChatGPT web interface, and suddenly images are downloading as lossy WebP images instead of lossless PNGs. Is this intended behaviour? If so, how do I get PNGs again?
