Custom GPT Actions - Limits

I’m creating a custom GPT with a large defined “action” set with > 50 endpoints. The custom GPT is refusing to save - “Error saving draft” - even though the configuration tab is parsing my “action” set and correctly returning the endpoints under “Available Actions”.

I’m wondering if there’s a maximum size limit/endpoint constraint to what can be added to a custom GPT, and if this is throwing the error? Does anyone know about this?

Don’t think it’s a size issue at least with JSON. It started doing the same to me a few hours ago and currently cannot save. Seen this many times this week, unfortunately.
