Actions for custom GPT's seem to have a hard time updating

Hey there,

I’ve just ran into an error where I working on a OpenAPI schema for an action and it worked great at first, but somehow the GPT seemed to have cached only the first version and any of the further updates didn’t seem to take into effect no matter how many times I save or refresh.

Deleting the action and creating a new one with the new Schema worked!

I am not able to get it to save updates ever, it is constantly copy spec, delete action, add new spec, re-setup all the oauth parameters, pain.

We’re also seeing this behavior. After updating the OpenAPI schema, saving has no effect.
