Hi OpenAI team,
We have been observing unknown API usage . The credits loaded by us is getting exhausted and making the account credit balance negative.
In the usage breakdown, we are able to see usage from models which none of our services use. This issue is disrupting our production uptime, currenly all api features and services are halted.
Please help me connect with the team and help us understand the situation.

It sounds like someone has stolen your API key.
You can delete your API keys and contact support at http://help.openai.com.
This forum is moderated by volunteers and not OpenAI.
Revoked the existing keys and also created new.
The new keys shows never used (under the alloted projects), yet the credits got exhaused under default project.
Also, I tried tha chat bot (which seems to be the only way), it doesnt take the complaints.
If new keys also draining it’s likely that an attacker is inside your systems or with access to your accounts or you have software bugs sending extra requests.
New keys are not draining (they show as never used), but still it’s draining credits.
What’s the way to reach out to customer support, the chatbot doesnt help.

Also check other projects not just the default project…
