I’m posting here as a plea for help with a critical issue blocking our ChatGPT Business rollout.
This is not an avenue I would normally take. I’m trying an unconventional approach because I feel I’ve exhausted the available support channels. The support process has been dysfunctional in my experience with this issue, and I need to get it resolved.
We’ve set up a 25-seat ChatGPT Business workspace, but we cannot reliably onboard users. Invitations are sent, but when users accept, they either receive:
-
“No eligible ChatGPT account found.”
-
“Content failed to load” after signing in.
I was able to reliably reproduce the error with one of my users as recently as 15 minutes ago. I have nine users waiting to be invited, and that list is growing. Until this is resolved, I cannot confidently roll out the workspace to our end users.
I’ve opened support ticket #14187920, followed up, reviewed multiple community threads reporting similar issues, and posted my own account of the problem. I also reached out to OpenAI’s sales team asking for help resolving or escalating the issue, explaining that support had been slow to respond and that we needed a resolution quickly.
My community post was closed with a response saying the issue would be addressed through my support ticket. That response contained information that conflicted with details I had already provided, which made me suspect it might have been automated. I cannot confirm that, but it did not give me confidence that our situation had been understood. Since then, support has gone silent.
These are some of the related reports:
I understand that technical issues take time to investigate. But being directed back to a support ticket, having the community discussion closed, and then receiving no further response leaves us with no practical way forward.
Could someone from OpenAI help connect us with a person who can take ownership of ticket #14187920 and investigate? We need a concrete next step, any available workaround, and an update on when we can expect a resolution.
I’m happy to share screenshots, affected accounts, and reproduction details privately with the appropriate team.
If anyone has resolved these errors or knows an effective escalation path, I would appreciate your help.
