I’m seeing a significant discrepancy in my account balance that I can’t explain. Here’s the full breakdown:
Credits In (since Feb 1, 2026)
- Existing Balance: ~$500
- Recharged: $4,500 (across 4 invoices — Feb 3, Feb 13, Feb 18, Feb 25)
- Credit Grant (Feb 1, 2026): $1,500
- Total In: ~$6,500

- Total API usage (Feb 1 – Mar 11, 2026): $4,371
Expected Remaining: ~$2.1K
Actual Remaining
- Credit balance (Overview page): ~$250
- Credit grant remaining: ~$254
- Total Available: ~$504
Unexplained Gap: ~$1.6K
The usage page figure of $4,371 should already include spend from both paid balance and credit grants, so there’s no double counting here. I am not sure if the credits are getting applied at all.
Has anyone else experienced this? Could there be charges not reflected in the usage page?
