After about six months of no contact with OpenAI, my credit card was debited with more than $100 … no justifiable reason stated as I am not on any plan with OpenAI. Further:
- the credit does not show on my account and the billing history is empty
- I asked in chat what was going on with a promise to reply … nothing heard for more than a week
- I wrote to support@ and again have had no response to my email
With no way to communicate with the company I feel that they are fraudulently using my money.
What do I do?
