Are the monthly limits not hard limits? I got the email saying future requests will be rejected, but it seems they are not.
You should contact help.openai.com with this billing issue. While I agree that this is unexpected there is not much we can do for you here in this forum.

Absolutely. Not concerned about the overage here. I will spend more than that amount .
Trying to give API feedback that this is a potential bug. Also would be great to be able to get itemized dashboard data vs summed daily values.
