I thought open ai had given us 3 usage resets, I have used 1 and then rest of them are all gone. anyone else have this issue?
They expire. I had 3 when I didn’t need them and have none when I need one.

@SGul is correct. Banked Resets are promotional benefits, and eligibility requirements and expiration dates depend on the specific offer or announcement.
I recommend checking the expiration date shown in your account or promotional offer, as unused resets cannot be restored or reissued once they expire.
