My ChatGPT Pro account was deactivated on June 21, 2026 for alleged “Cyber Abuse” in Codex. I submitted an appeal but received a final rejection. I am requesting a reappeal with additional context.

We are a development team building our own commercial APP. Our Codex usage included Static and Dynamic Testing for OUR OWN system — vulnerability scanning and security on app and its backend we own and operate.

Auditing code quality for both frontend and backend (vibecoded), and performing dynamic/static testing to ensure the service is reliable and bug-free — this is literally just normal app development, right?

I believe the automated classifier misinterpreted these defensive security operations as offensive “Cyber Abuse.” This was purely defensive work to protect our own product and users — standard security industry practice.

I have already submitted a reappeal via the official form. Could a staff member please manually review this case? This account is critical to my work.
