The ChatGPT voice mode (not the advanced one, just the regular one) hasn’t been working for most of today. Tried on two different Android devices (albeit from the same account) across several hours. Text mode works fine, status page says all systems are operational.
It just tries to connect for 10 seconds before saying “Connection failed, tap to retry”. The notification stays on even after I’ve exited the call, and only goes away if I force close the app. I tried updating the app. (Dunno if it’s relevant, but I’m also part of the beta program through Google Play, and paying for ChatGPT Plus.)
Is it just me?

Mine has been bugging for days and now it’s not working at all. What did you do to get it working?

It worked last night for me and this morning too, but it’s down again on my end right now. Probably a lot of traffic because of the new model they announced.
Having the same issue with a Plus subscription. “Connection failed, tap to retry”.
My ChatGpt Advanced voice mode is down. Every time I use it, it goes back to standard mode. It just started this about an hour ago.
I have exactly the same issue today. Advanced voice mode doesn’t work though standard voice mode is ok.
