From OpenAI itself, since today (April 27, 2025), extra blocks have suddenly been set actively for download links, also for small files. (Server adjustments went live last night without prior warning for normal users.) Why? They no longer have any memory capacity available and that is why sessions are quickly terminated and stopped. Commands can be executed fictitiously by ChatGPT and you also keep getting an answer that the process is being executed. But what is happening now is that in fact nothing is being executed even if you keep the session active and open every 5 minutes. You think that something is being done for you in the background, but you are only having a chat conversation at the moment. For all files created by ChatGPT Word, PDF and so on, you get a fictitious download link when it says it is ready. But that link has no content because nothing has been executed in the background at all due to a lack of storage capacity. Only OpenAI refuses to mention this on their Status page https://status.openai.com/. In short, ChatGPT is currently 98% unusable for all users. I have already asked for my money back. A refund.
