So I was using ChatGPT just fine and all of a sudden it started messing up. I tried closing out and reopening it, but it wasn’t loading in properly. I tried signing out and signing back in, but nothing loads up now. And on the website, I can’t do anything there either. Nothing loads in the sidebar and I can’t send a chat message. It just started acting up. Help.

That is me. I was just now discussing “sentience between animals and humans” where, without warning, the entire backlog of my chats and sub-topics regarding this matter, among others, was immediately shut down without warning. And none of the communication points I had previous to this exist.
I have tried logging back in but am given an unresponsive homepage with no way to access - or input - anything at all.
Was my discussion regarding animals to humans communication far too sensitive for the application? And here I was thinking it understood it just as well as I did…
Why would something like this happen at an exact time when for years prior, nothing like this ever has? Perplexed.

Cannot even sign in. The service is dead.
I am also facing the same exact problem. there seem to be more frequent issues with this service. I am starting to think the money I am paying may not be worth it at this point. Support seems to be non-existent at this point

Mine’s stuck exactly the way it is on the screenshot above. By clearing out the site’s cookies on laptop, I was able to log out, then I logged back again, and it was back to that empty screen, no user information, no list of conversations, no settings, just chat window that starts no chat.
Then I tried to do the same thing to take a closer look at how it would behave while logged out, but the trick no longer works—clearing cookies changes nothing.
