At least you’re able to see a search. I’m not able to search anything.
Have you gotten a response from your direct DM to the OpenAI staff post?
I was told he was going to check with engineering to see if they could look into the issue.
I’m still waiting for his response.

yes, same issue. Was working fine then something updated and not working. No magnifying glass to search prior chats
Hello, I am having an issue. I have had the ChatGPT Plus subscription for a year now. I had started using the recent web search. I am unable to search the web even if the web search icon is turned on.
I have tried all the suggestions, including clearing cache, reinstalling, rebooting, shutting down extensions, changing language, using incognito, and using different browsers, yet to no avail.
The same account is however working fine on my phone and iPad. I cannot work on my laptop which is proving to be inconvenient.
Kindly help.

I see the web icon but can’t click it it says not not available. i have subscrition and i’m using model 4
I got the same problem, using Plus. Search button stopped working for 2 days while GPT keeps saying it doesn’t have access to internet. Please fix

Hey! For one week ChatGPT Search hasn’t been working. Every time when I suggest to use Internet browsing for finding some information, ChatGPT answers that it doesn’t have an Internet access. In instructions this option is turned on. Browser icon doesn’t work the same way.
Same things happen to me. Do not have search the web button. However another account has this button.
i cannot access to web search and attach files also so i hope that your directors fix this error
