At least you’re able to see a search. I’m not able to search anything.
Have you gotten a response from your direct DM to the OpenAI staff post?
I was told he was going to check with engineering to see if they could look into the issue.
I’m still waiting for his response.

Hello, I am having an issue. I have had the ChatGPT Plus subscription for a year now. I had started using the recent web search. I am unable to search the web even if the web search icon is turned on.
I have tried all the suggestions, including clearing cache, reinstalling, rebooting, shutting down extensions, changing language, using incognito, and using different browsers, yet to no avail.
The same account is however working fine on my phone and iPad. I cannot work on my laptop which is proving to be inconvenient.
Kindly help.
