My ChatGPT Pro 20x access has been disabled / restricted, and I need OpenAI staff to review this case seriously.

I want to state clearly that I have not engaged in dangerous online activity, cyber abuse, reverse engineering, abuse of automation, policy evasion, credential misuse, scraping, or any other activity that would justify account suspension or removal of Pro 20x access.

What is especially concerning is that no clear explanation, evidence, timestamp, device, API key, request pattern, or specific policy violation was provided. For a paid account, this is not acceptable. If access is restricted, users should at least be given enough information to understand what triggered the action and how to appeal it properly.

My account is subscribed through Apple ID, and the paid Pro 20x access is directly affected. I would like OpenAI to clarify:

  1. What exact policy category triggered this action?
  2. Was this decision made automatically by a detection system?
  3. What activity was considered suspicious?
  4. If this is a false positive, when will my ChatGPT Pro 20x access be restored?
  5. How will the lost paid subscription time be handled?

I have already submitted an appeal, but I do not want to receive only a generic response. If OpenAI believes there was a violation, please provide specific and actionable information. If there was no violation, please restore the account access promptly.
