ChatGPT Plus Subscription Issue – Asking to Renew

I have a recurring ChatGPT subscription, and the payment was processed normally this month. However, when I access my account, it appears with the free version layout and asks me to renew my subscription. This issue started today. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Hey, did you get a fix? I subscribed on the 26th of Jan, was working fine until the 6th Feb when while using it, it just stopped loading and upon refreshing, I was downgraded to the free version…have sent the screenshots, receipts and everything in the message but no response… it just keeps saying, waiting for a teammate

Not yet. Since I subscribed through the Apple Store, I filed a complaint with Apple because I’ve had other issues before, and they resolved them very quickly.
