ChatGPT Payment Problem Reactivating Workspace

I am facing issue while reactivating workspace of chatGPT.
Attached is screenshots. Because i cannot reactivate workspace, i cannot go and change my card also for payment.

@Hiren_Bhandari how did you resolve this? The same issue popped up for me today and I am going around in circles. It still shwos me the $ pricing but if I were to start fresh (which I dont want to) it shwos INR pricing.

I’m facing the same problem. Have any been able solve this?
I added extra seats to the Business plan, then had payment problems with the credit card.
Now because the workspace is deactivated, I cannot change my Payment methods.
When I click on the deactivated workspace, I only get the option to start a new plan.

Suggest you to put equal or more number of seats while making payment. @steven.peeters

This got solved on its own eventually after a couple of days.

In the billing history, we could see it got fixed in the middle of the night, and not due to any action of our own.
Not sure what the problem was; the credit card was fine, and we were not able to use alternative payment methods either (like paypal).

To me, at least in regard to billing and subscription-management, OpenAI is still feels like a young start-up company.
