Hello, I got the same problem and I have realized why. In order to use the SSO in a team licence of ChatGPT you need to use in the Microsoft user the E5 licence.
Same issue, only started as of today 12/26. Been using OAuth flow via Microsoft Login for work over a year now. I also manage the tenant and nothing has been changed in the last month.
Did upgrading to E5 licenses fix this problem for you?
Did you ever get this solved? I’m having the same issue where OpenAI says that our tenant doesn’t exist. Would love to solve this today.
I get operation timed out error, however I try with m365 account and its on chatgpt pro
I think this is a hiccup that happen via. work domain, instead I created an account using an alias, ( workdomain . onmicrosoft . com ) , as long as this alias is set up in microsoft settings (which it typically is as it is the standard fallback) - I did resend the invitation to the alias, and it let me create an account which works fine. I am unsure if you can just use the old link that is sent to the business domain as I didn’t try that. Perhaps try it and if still facing issues ask admin to re-send the invitation to an alias.
