Cannot create account with SSO login after deleting personal account with same email

Cannot create account with SSO login after deleting personal account with same email. I am trying to reach contact for months to be able to access chatGPT4 for my work purposes. All my requests on help.open.ai have gone into the ether, with no response or ticket number.

My company pays for our accounts, can you please help resolve this issue. Even our IT admin doesn’t have a way to contact you. Is there a way to have better customer service for paying users and corporates?
