Hello, I have paid $20 for the second time in order to access ChatGPT Plus
The platform has not give me access to ChatGPT Plus despite my payment. I’m puzzled as to why I’m still on the free plan when I have already paid for the upgraded version. It’s important that I gain access to ChatGPT Plus as I intended, rather than being restricted to the free plan.
Same here, I hope this is an issue they are even aware of. Getting in contact with actual human support seems impossible at this point
Same problem on my end too and I am not sure how to contact the support for this critical issue.
Same problem; subscribed at the very beginning, initially had access to it but suddenly lost access two days after the second billing date, and have been successfully charged for the second month
