ChatGPT doesn't work in my account

I’m experiencing the same issue and unable to access my previous chats.

same issue since 6:15 pm EST. chatGPT plus on windows and chrome.

I’ve just upgraded to team plan :sweat_smile:

Same thing has happened to me (see screenshot)

ChatGPT works, but my history, the logout link, the custom GPT’s all have disappeared, as I was using it, everything just disappeared. I’ve cleared my cached, logged out and still nothing has changed. This is so frustrating, as I was working on something for a client.

Hope this can be resolved quickly!!

seems like on downdetector reports state that alot of people are also experiencing problems with chatgpt

I have Same problem across plus and team accounts.

Well Damn ! Glad to see Im not the only one – must be a major issue right now – Hopefully back up asap for all of us lol

I am having the same issue on my Plus account. All chat history is gone, and no matter the amount of refreshes, nothing comes back. :sob:

Yep, I paid the $20 to upgrade to plus, and as soon as it upgraded and I got the confirmation email, everything was gone. Can’t ask questions, no chat history, no way to log out, nothing. It’s that way on all browsers, devices, etc. Can’t even log in on the app. I mean it’s super frustrating that the free service was working fine, but as soon as I pay, I can’t use it at all anymore! I lost a massive project I’ve been working on.

This has happened before for me and thankfully everything was still there, just once it was back up and running – so hoping that is the case

It’s happened before but I always worry xD hopefully its back up soon!

All my chats are back and I can login and again, so hopefully it’s all fixed…

Yep - back to normal! History, account navigation and GPT-4 functionality is back up.

Man, I got this same screen. The GPT I developed ins’t working either for me. It’s working on my girlfriend’s, but not mine. I get an. “Internal Server Error”

I lied - GPT-4 is down still. Only have access to standard GPT and am unable to change the model through the drop-down menu.

Edit: Looks to be back to normal for me now.

Officially an error now: (ETA ~30mins more)
