ChatGpt Business Deactivated

Hi,

I am experiencing a serious issue with our ChatGPT Business workspace.

In May 2026, our organization purchased 73 Business seats, and the subscription was fully paid. However, the number of users in the workspace eventually increased to 80 users because some members were able to add additional users.

The payment for the additional seats did not go through, and our workspace was subsequently marked as having a delinquent subscription and was later deactivated.

We have already removed the excess users and reduced the number of active users to within our original allocation of 73 seats.

We would like to ask:

  1. Is it possible to cancel the failed payment transaction or charges related to the additional seats?
  2. Can our original 73-seat subscription, which was already fully paid, be restored without purchasing a new subscription?
  3. What steps are required to reactivate our existing workspace?

We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue, as we would like to continue using our original Business subscription and avoid creating a new workspace.
