Chat GPT Teams witch different email,same company

I am registered with Chat GPT Plus and would like to switch to Team Workspace,
but I would like to do this with a new email, while continuing to bill with the same company, is this possible?

You could create a new OpenAI account and have that account join teams.

I don’t create a conflict then by opening another account with a different email but requesting billing from the same company as before (whose old account we will delete)?

I don’t believe so. OpenAI has made it possible for every user to create two accounts.
