i have the same question, even changed the account. my friends can’t add a new chat, but many solutions tell us that because openai’s sever overload, what we only can do is wait!!!

I have the same problem.
But, it working on FF.
I thing it has common issue with all, since there working with phones iOS and Android OS but it is not working with computer desktop or laptops as windows operating system. Pending from Openai support team for clarifications.

same here with Arc on macosx, but only with my company wifi, it works fine with sharing 4G smartphone connexion. With firefox, it works with my company wifi…

Me too. I thought this was a problem only I encountered, but it turns out that many others have faced the same issue. Hope this problem can be solved as soon as possible. It is so inconvenient.
It works on your phone. Open up a messaging app on your phone and computer in a chat with only yourself and copy paste what you want between them. From the phone app copy to messenger and then from messenger to your prompt. Best solution to this problem till it is resolved
For me I noticed that using VPN gives me the error since two or three days, disabling VPN gives me access. Very odd even during the outages we had last couple of weeks.
Seems like they’re still victim of DDOS attacks.

Yes, it’s working for me from my work network again. It was working yesterday from my home network.
The issue we talk about attributed to the upgrading of ChatGPT. Today, the website of ChatGPT Changes greatly.
The same error has just started again from work (after I initially used it, then 15 minutes later, error message). It’s still working from home.
