I am facing an issue with my OpenAI subscription and I’m hoping someone can help me out. Today, I noticed that I was charged twice for my subscription.
Moreover, despite having an active subscription, the website still shows an “Upgrade to Plus” option. I’m not sure what’s going on, but it’s certainly frustrating. I’ve tried contacting OpenAI’s customer support team, but it does not work.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with their OpenAI subscription? If so, how did you resolve it? I would appreciate any advice or guidance on how to fix this problem.
Try again with their support team, in my experience they are helpful. If the online chat option didn’t work, you can email support@openai.com I think.

It looks like Open Ai done finessed a bunch of people. From what I’m tracking, it’s happened to at least 150 people so far! Is this Class Action Lawsuit material? Anyone know how to make this happen? They know this is an issue but take peoples money regardless.
I have also encountered the same issue and have sent an email to support@openai.com, but I have yet to receive a response. It appears that more than just a small number of people are experiencing this issue, so we should unite and work together to find a solution. Let’s pool our resources and figure out how to address this problem!
