I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you that an amount was deducted from my account for a ChatGPT Plus subscription, but unfortunately, the subscription has not been activated on my account.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any help in either activating my subscription or refunding the amount charged.
