I encountered also the same issue while attempting to subscribe to ChatGPT Plus. My credit card was declined three times during the process, likely due to an input error on my end. However, each attempt resulted in a charge of 20 total 60 being deducted from my account, even though the subscription was not successfully activated.
Could you please:
Verify the duplicate charges and process a refund for the two additional transactions ($40)?
Ensure my ChatGPT Plus subscription is correctly activated for the remaining $20 charge?
I have never faced this issue before and would appreciate your assistance in resolving it promptly.
