I tried going into help center from openai but that just send me around in a loop without being able to contact them.
I want to change my phone number. This is currently not possible. I don’t see how you can run a company like that. really tired of this.
I am a paying costumer and i want my info to be correct. I even considered to stop my payment and start a new account but can’t do that because you can only have one account for each email.
I am pretty sure there is a law somewhere that states your info has to be correct. Maybe the EU data law.

Article 16 - Right to Rectification
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.*
