Trying to sign up with the business email, and getting the error message. I want to update my phone number, but can’t find anything anywhere on how to update it. Please tell me I’m missing something obvious.
Anyone else have this issue?
Tried platform.openai.com, ChatGPT account settings, etc. Can’t find it, sent an email to support@openai.com but don’t expect a reply anytime soon.
It seems it’s currently not possible to change the phone number (email and name) associated with an account. For more info, see How do I change my phone number? - #3 by nbro and the linked posts there.
It’s been more than 1 month I asked support to OpenAI, but I haven’t yet received an answer. It’s possible we will never receive an answer or any help.
