I use the api in grasshopper - part of Rhinoceros 3d but apparently the API doesn’t work in Vietnam. How do I make the API work?

Unfortunately, location restrictions are a legal requirement and must be followed. If you are in a location that is not currently supported, you will have to wait until the situation changes.
One of the reasons this has been done is to reduce high traffic from certain areas. Open AI has implemented a lot of changes since the beginning to prevent their servers from being overloaded again.
