Hi. I need to use OpenAI API for my clients’ projects, but it is not supported in Vietnam. Is there a reason for this? Are there any plans to support Vietnam? Is this some political shenanigans?
To the best of my knowledge it is US technology export restrictions, some countries have requested service not operate for other reasons.
