I got yall. I was super frustrated and didn’t know what to do. Login to your account through https://beta.openai.com/ and then set-up your account as premium. It’s a billing problem. When you hit your limit for a non-paid account, it just starts not letting you in. Thats what fixed it for me

Potential workaround Was stuck in login loop, instead I clicked Sign Up, gave my usual info and it loaded up with the “session has ended” popup. I’m not sure what you mean by Spectrum. I think you meant to say the problem was the IP you were using to connect to it perhaps had some sort of rate limit applied to it - from openai. Then you switched to your company’s IP and use that - which seems to have worked.

I was running into the same issue, but clearing my ssl state under internet options fixed it for me.
